A:How does the 12-month warranty work?

Q: If your board is malfunctioning ,YH will do a remote analysis of the board and conclude whether it is subject to the

 1-year warranty. If a module needs service,we will take care of the freight and handling . 

A:Is it hard to learn how to ride?

Q:Most riders stand up comfortably in one to two rides. A pro tip is to start at a lower power mode and get comfortable

 with the sensitivity of the throttle.

A:How do I clean my board? 

Q: You simply rinse the board and the batteries with fresh water after the ride. For cosmetic reasons, this is especially 

advised when riding in salty waters.
